How to navigate the agenda:
- Select the meeting date and time on the upper left - this will open the agenda for that meeting.
- Scroll through the agenda and click on the blue portion of the item whose supporting documents you wish to view.
- In the Documents area (center left) of the Web page click on the document you wish to view. Note: Not all agenda items have supporting documents associated with them.

How to print the agenda:
- Click the Printer Friendly Agenda link at the very top of the agenda, if available.
- If the link is not available or does not work, right-click on any portion of the displayed agenda and select to print.
