Why is My Case Not Listed?

There are several reasons the case you are searching for may not be listed. These are:

The case has not yet been entered into the system. Case information will normally be available on the Web site 1 - 2 business days after the paperwork has been filed. There are more than 200 results meeting your criteria. If this occurs, enter additional criteria (e.g., middle name, year of birth) to narrow the search. There are certain criminal cases that are not available to the public. They will not be displayed on any search on this Web site. If your case is not displayed, please contact the court for additional information. The case you were looking for is an older case that has not been entered into the online system. Cases with a final disposition date earlier than 1988 will not be available online unless the case has been reopened. The case you are looking for is not a criminal case.
